Terms and Conditions

Once the Parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions for the development of a website (the “Website”) in line with the agreed specification, and the agreement has been signed, the Website shall be created by Gabaon I.T. Services (the “Developer”) for the client (the “Client”). The Website is subject to your acceptance of these terms and of all other operating rules, policies, privacy policy and procedures that Gabaon I.T. Services may publish on this Site from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”).

  • Services

By availing of a product or service, you agree to pay Gabaon I.T. Services the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications).

  • Fees and Payment

By signing up for a Services account, you agree to pay Gabaon I.T. Services all applicable setup and recurring fees. All fees will be invoiced from the day the services are established. Gabaon I.T. Services reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to you. You may cancel the service at any time by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice.

  • Support

This applies to priority email support, marketing, web hosting and other additional services. Support will be provided in accordance with Gabaon I.T. Services’ standard service procedures, practices and policies.

  • Intellectual Property

All creative and other rights, title and interest in and to intellectual property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Gabaon I.T. Services. The logo, graphics and all other trademarks used in connection with ServicioPro.ph or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Developer. Other trademarks used in connection with the Website may be owned by third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Gabaon I.T. Services or third-party trademarks.

  • Blog and content

The blog and all other content are freely available to all site users. However:

  • You must not use ServicioPro.ph in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the company.
  • Unless you are a subscriber, you must not access or attempt to access any area of the website that is restricted to subscribers.
  • You must not use the blog in any way that is unlawful, illegal or harmful, or in connection with any fraudulent purpose or activity.
  • You must not use the blog to copy, host, store, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material that consists of, or contains, a computer virus, malware or other malicious computer software.

  • Responsibility of Website Visitors

The Website may contain material that violates publicity or privacy rights, or that infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of third parties, or that is subject to additional terms and conditions. Gabaon I.T. Services disclaims responsibility for any harm resulting from visitors’ use of the Website or from any content downloaded by those visitors.

  • Jurisdiction

These terms of use will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

  • Refunds and Privacy
